Xero does have great support resources such as Help Guides, Video tutorials, Xero support and Discussions.

But sometimes, we want support around more than just the system processes.

That’s where IAS can help.

We have supported hundreds of clients over the years and want nothing more than to help when needed.

Here are some examples of the type of support we have provided:

  • My bank balance doesn’t match my statement.
  • How do I reconcile XYZ?
  • My VAT doesn’t look right.
  • How do I raise a VAT-only invoice?
  • I can’t find this particular report.
  • Why is an invoice still showing as outstanding when I’ve been paid?

Our support packages are available to all and can be tailored to your needs. I know it’s hard to guess how much support you may need, but having a chat with us can gauge this for you.

Discovery Phase

To get started with a Support package, you should book your free 30min Discovery call, where we can run through why you feel you need support.

We can discuss the most likely ways you would need support, be that via phone or email. On some occasions, it may be better for you to receive bespoke training, which we also offer here.

Set Up Phase

We will draw up a bespoke package for you breaking down exactly what will be available to you.

The packages can include the following:

  • Number of calls per month
  • Number of texts per month
  • Number of emails per month
  • Hours spent per month
  • Response times

We offer monthly packages or retainers to suit your needs.

Support Phase

You can contact us based on your package requirements using your preferred method.

We will aim to respond within the agreed times.

If we feel that similar issues are arising, we will communicate this with you and either look at training or running a health check to stop this from continuing.

If we have provided a tidy-up service, we will report our findings to you, so you know how to avoid the same thing happening again.
