Xero has some amazing features, one of which is its app ecosystem. There are currently over 1,000 third-party apps that integrate with Xero.

Discovery Phase

On the call, we will determine which areas of your accounting process could be automated by integrating another system with Xero or which integrated systems you are already using but not getting on with.

We hold a meeting to discuss our findings. You can, at this point, either contact the software providers directly or get IAS involved in the implementation stage.

If IAS is involved in the implementation, an additional fee will be discussed at this point.

If IAS is fully involved, you will be provided with a full breakdown of stages of implementation, training requirements, who needs to be involved at each stage and timeline.

Support Phase

IAS are by your side throughout the entire process to make sure you are happy with the progress and that the integration is complete and accurate.

Following the implementation stage, there will be follow-ups for a period of time to make sure you are still happy with the system and it also gives you the opportunity to raise any queries.
